Tell me the specific name of this type of four-line poem and the name of the person who originated (created) this type of verse. ~The following poem is an example of a _clerihew__ , originated by __Edmund _Clerihew_ _Bentley_.    These four-line poems make a brief, humorous statement about a person.  The first line ends in the person’s name and an AABB rhyme pattern is used.   There are no meter or syllable constraints.  ~Everyone with a correct answer will get bonus points, but only submit once.  If correct, your comment will not show up until Monday, when I reveal the answers.~

We have a teacher, Ms. Gleit,

Who tells us what is right.

Always a New Yorker at heart,

From her Yankees she never will part.

This poem is called a clerihew. This type of poem was invented by the poet, Edmund Clerihew Bentley.

the poem is quatrain(it was in the packet)..and i’m not sure biut the guy but maybe he is Manouchehr Saadat Noury
