Today we learned a little more about the types of books Carole Marsh writes and has written and then we read a selection from Carole Marsh entitled “Biography of an Unborn Georgia Baby.” After brief discussion before and after the reading, students were to brainstorm some ideas about how it would feel to be a baby still in the womb and imagine what kind of thoughts he or she might have. Then students were to compose a paragraph (minimum) that was their ”Bio of an Unborn Baby”. These will be graded for content as well as mechanics. Most students finished the assignment b/f the end of class.
