Today students received a copy of the rubric which they will attach to their projects and use to help guide them as they complete it. Students were asked to work on the “Clues” section of the project and take notes on their book. Students were asked to draw a sketch of the plan/design they hope to use for the layout of their project. Students have been encouraged to examine the examples of past projects that have been on display since before the unit began. Students also could use the time in class to continue reading.
Tomorrow students will be watching a video and identifying elements of a mystery in it, so there will not be in-class reading time. Students need to be sure to stay on track for finishing the book on (or before) Tuesday.
