Today we completed a vocabulary help sheet for chapters 1-5 of The Pigman. Students supplied definitions and parts of speech for the words on the sheet. Some students even got a head start and wrote a few of the sentences that will be assigned later. The vocab sheet was to be carefully filed into the Reading section of students’ binders for future reference. The anticipation guide was collected.
HW: For the few who did not finish: Finish vocab definitions and parts fo speech. For all: If you have a ruler at home or in your locker, bring it to class tomorrow. (No need to purchase one, I have a few to loan.)
