After CRCT testing today, we had a shortened class schedule. We started to introduce our next novel unit by having a little “blast from the past.” Our novel, The Pigman, by Paul Zindel, is set in the late 1960’s. I gave a PowerPoint presentation and we enjoyed some music that gave us a brief review of the time period. We also started to work on anticipation guide that will help us think about and discuss our views on topics found in the novel. We will finish these tomorrow.
