Today we learned about Alliteration!  As a class, we completed the top of the “cat” side of the page (ABCD).  Students were then to follow the directions and complete the “alligator” side of the page, creating 2 short alliterative poems.  Students were also to create one more limerick in yesterday’s section (for a total of 4 original limericks).

HW: Finish allerative poems and 4th limerick.  (Tomorrow we will begin working on the Poetry Book Project that will use the original poems created by the students! – Make SURE you bring your completed packet!) :)
